David Bobker – Phoenix Advisory Partners
Dave is a Senior Vice President at Phoenix Advisory Partners, a corporate governance consulting and proxy solicitation firm. Dave is currently involved in providing solicitation and corporate governance consulting services to a broad range of clients, including dealing with activist shareholders, third party proxy advisory firms (ISS, Glass Lewis), equity plan and executive compensation practices, and regulatory changes. Dave has organized and led hundreds of routine and non-routine solicitations, in addition to various corporate actions and proxy fights.
Dave is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute and the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals.
